Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Pool Store AI service ("Service," "Sara"), provided by H to H Properties LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Pool Store AI ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Pool Store AI provides an AI phone receptionist ("Sara") and related software that answers calls, captures leads, and — on the RMH-Connected plan — provides product, pricing, and stock information ("Smart Inventory") drawn from inventory data you export from your point-of-sale system on a periodic basis. Features, availability, and integrations may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Plans & Pricing
We offer two plans: Sara Receptionist at $399 per month, and Sara Receptionist + Smart Inventory (RMH) at $489 per month. A one-time onboarding & build fee of $1,495 applies, which is waived when you start on a 6-month prepaid term. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice for future terms.
3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription begins with a prepaid term of six (6) months, charged in full at signup. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis at the then-current monthly rate for your plan (currently $399/month for Sara Receptionist or $489/month for Sara Receptionist + Smart Inventory (RMH)) after your prepaid term ends, and the payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each monthly period until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time, by the same means you used to sign up, including online through your billing/customer portal or by emailing sales@poolstoreai.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access through any period you have already paid for.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your start date, for any reason, we will refund everything you have paid, including all prepaid months.
After the first 30 days. Your prepaid term is non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated. You keep service through every month you have already paid for, and you can turn off auto-renewal at any time so you are not charged again. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information, to use the Service lawfully, and to obtain any consents required to forward your calls or connect your systems to the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Sara available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Inventory and pricing information surfaced from your point-of-sale system depends on the accuracy of that system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated to you, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
