This Privacy Policy explains how H to H Properties LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Pool Store AI ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit poolstoreai.com, contact us, call or are called by our AI receptionist ("Sara"), or use our services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, request a demo, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, business or store name, email address, phone number, point-of-sale system, preferred callback time, and anything you include in a message.
Phone calls. When you call our demo line or speak with Sara, your call may be recorded and transcribed (see Section 4). We collect the phone number you call from, what is discussed, and any details you provide so we can respond and follow up.
Text messages. If you opt in to text messaging, we collect your mobile number, your messaging preferences, and records of your consent and any opt-out requests.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card and billing details directly; we do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, to operate and improve it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries, schedule callbacks, and provide the demo and Service you requested;
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe;
- Send you communications you have asked for or consented to, including follow-ups about your inquiry;
- Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, the public, and us.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, your account, or marketing you have agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with the service providers that help us deliver our own messages, as described in Section 6.
4. Call Monitoring and Recording
Calls with our AI receptionist or our team may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality, training, lead capture, and to respond to your request. At the start of a call, you are notified that the call is handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may end the call and contact us instead by email at sales@poolstoreai.com.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work properly if you do.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf to run the Service — for example, payment processing (Stripe), our customer-relationship and messaging platform, telephone and SMS providers, email delivery, and website hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email sales@poolstoreai.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site or messages may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
